Refund and Returns Policy

At Sparkle Cleaning Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Service Nature

As we provide home deep cleaning services (non-tangible services), returns are not applicable once the service has been delivered.

2. Advance Payment

  • An advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The advance amount secures your service slot and team availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • If cancelled before 24 hours, the advance may be adjusted to a future booking.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the advance amount.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • If Sparkle Cleaning Services cancels the booking due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • If we are unable to provide the confirmed service.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us within 24 hours of completion. We will review the issue and may provide a re-service if deemed necessary. Refunds will not be provided after service completion unless approved by management.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after service completion.
  • Pre-existing stains or damages that cannot be removed with standard cleaning.
  • Unavailability of water, electricity, or proper access at the time of service.
