1. Services
Sparkle Cleaning Services provides residential deep cleaning services across Nagpur. The scope of work will be clearly discussed and confirmed before the service begins.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings must be made via call or WhatsApp.
- Service date and time will be confirmed based on availability.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
3. Payment Terms
- A partial advance payment is required before service confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be paid immediately after service completion.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Advance payment may be non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellation.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure availability of water and electricity during service.
- Remove valuable and fragile items before cleaning begins.
- Provide safe access to the property.
6. Damages & Liability
- Our team handles all items with care.
- Any damage must be reported immediately during service.
- Sparkle Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damages.
7. Health & Safety
- We use safe and standard cleaning chemicals.
- Clients must inform us in advance about allergies or special instructions.
8. Service Satisfaction
- Customer satisfaction is our priority.
- Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
9. Changes to Terms
Sparkle Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
